Siblings share a relationship that is divine. Brothers and sisters when growing up, shape each other into unique human beings which is a miracle in itself. Despite individual endevours, triumphs, happiness and disappointments, someone is made of the same stuff and has been at your side, whether figuratively or literally, from the beginning.

Boredom Killers

You‘ll never be bored. Honestly it’s sometimes I think God should have made these creatures in little red boxes with the sign of “break glass in case of boredom’. Even if they annoy you to death atleast they are more entertaining than your parents, who you have to admit can be a snooze at times.

Money Machines

Money making machines.that’s right! When God gave siblings he also gave us the undue privllige of having lots of blackmail material on them. Baby photos, catching them while sneaking out, secret diaries. If FBI wants the best detectives they should hire youngest siblings for the job! And with blackmail comes money!

Personal Cook

Having your own personal chaffeur, cook, laundry person etc. Yup! Black mail works here too. Whenever you want to get something done just say these magic words and watch them become slaves at your command.

Accomplice

In case of sisters there is always someone to drag along with you whenever your plans fall apart. The most conveneint and accessible members of the plan B club they are forever willing to join you when your friends can’t.

Rivals

Having siblings prepares you better for the real world early on. When siblings are present there is always a sense of competition. While fighting for the last slice of pizza with tina and mina you gain a sense of accomplishment even if it means getting the obiquitous black eye!

Judge

The ability to judge people better. Living with someone is the best way of truly knowing someone. Having your own personal bodyguard, for people who have older siblings there is an advantage of having someone watch over you. Older siblings are like bully repellents. Keep them at bay to make the bullies go away.

Educators

Your first teachers in life, siblings will always teach you lessons in life that your parents can’t, because they are much closer to your age and usually tell you what you need to know. Until or unless they are pulling a prank!

Mentor
