Clothes made of porcelain

Xiaofeng Li is one of the most original artists of China, broken pieces of porcelain used to create suits of clothing.
Xiaofeng Li began his career as a muralist, but soon turned his attention to sculpture, to explore the concept of Chinese landscapes. Instead of the materials typically used in this art form (marble, wood or glass), Li decided to use something completely new but old at the same time: porcelain fragments from archaeological sites. He cleans, polishes, make small holes in them and then attached with silver wire to create unique outfits he calls “landscape reorganized.” In theory, the clothes of porcelain can be used, although it is as heavy as armor (and yet not so tough).
